Registration and support

Interested participants can register via the form below.

The conference will include a contributed poster session.  We encourage participants, especially early-career scientists, to apply for presenting a poster via the form below.

We expect to have limited financial support for PhD students and participants from underrepresented groups, with a preference for those who present a poster. Participants in need of funding can apply through the registration form.

REGISTRATION FORM

Applications will be evaluated starting on January 13, 2025. Later applications will be considered subject to availability of resources.

Accommodation

The organizing committee will handle hotel reservations for invited speakers. We kindly ask other participants to arrange their own accommodations and recommend booking as early as possible, as Pisa is a popular tourist destination and affordable options may fill up quickly. Pisa offers a wide range of hotels and other lodging options, easily accessible through popular booking platforms.
