Registration and support

Interested participants can register via the form below.

The conference will include a contributed poster session. Poster proposals are not possible anymore. 

UPDATE We expect to have funding to support participants from US-based institutions and encourage anyone interested to apply on the registration form, especially graduate students and early-career researchers. Funding applications will be evaluated starting June 23, and later applications will be considered as long as funds are available.

Accommodation

The organizing committee will handle hotel reservations for invited speakers. We kindly ask other participants to arrange their own accommodations and recommend booking as early as possible, as Pisa is a popular tourist destination and affordable options may fill up quickly. Pisa offers a wide range of hotels and other lodging options, easily accessible through popular booking platforms.
