The lodging for the workshop is at either the Palazzone building, or the two following hotels. The booking for the participants has been already done by the organization. The cost of rooms is also covered by the organization, possibly through a reimbursement procedure. For those who will be required to go through the reimbursement procedure instruction will be given directly.
